Madame Lulu | A Series of Unfortunate Events | Makeup

Dear Reader,
This carnivorous post contains such a distressing makeup tale that consuming any of its contents would be far more stomach-turning than the most imbalanced meal.
Your time might be better filled with something more palatable

(Paraphrased from Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events Book the Ninth: The Carnivorous Carnival)

Wrapping up my makeup looks from the Netflix adaption of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events is Madame Lulu from The Carnivorous Carnival.

What Will You Need?

1. Taupe, Steel & Beige Eyeshadow: Shimmery taupe on the lid, steely gray for contouring the crease and a matte beige on the browbone will give the base eye look for the faux gypsy.

2. Winged Liner & Gold Glitter Shadow (or liner): Trace black gel liner along the upper lash line and wing it out at the inner and outer corners, trace a glittery gold shadow above the black gel liner.

3. Black Shadow, Eyeliner, Mascara & Lashes: Run a black eyeshadow along the lower lash line and connect it with the gel liner on the upper lash line (run the glitter shadow 2/3 across lower lash line, beneath black shadow), use a black pencil liner in the lower water line, add a couple coats of volumizing mascara and some full, dramatic false lashes.

4. Contour, Highlight, Blush: Use a cool toned bronzer under the cheekbone and on the temples, a pearly white highlighter under & around the eyes and on the top of the cheeks, finish it off with a pinky-coral blush on the apples of the cheeks, blending it into the contour color.

5. Dark Matte Lip Liner & Liquid Lipstick: Line lips with a deep wine shade and fill them in with a deep violet lipstick.

6. Add an Eyeliner Mole: To finish off Madame Lulu's look don't forget to add a mole, with a dark brown eyeliner, above the lip on the right.

Well, that's a wrap on my looks from A Series of Unfortunate Events Seasons 1 & 2.
I can't wait to see what the final season brings!
Although no official release date has been announced yet, early 2019 is the word on the street.
The last season should include the last four books of the series: The Slippery Slope,
The Grim Grotto, The Penultimate Peril, and The End.
I'm rereading all the books to get ready!

If you can't wait until 2019 (like me), to tied you over the tie-in book to the Netflix series entitled:
The Incomplete History of Secret Organizations: An Utterly Unreliable Account of Netflix's A Series of Unfortunate Events by Joe Tracz is going to be released on October 30 of this year.

From the preview online it looks extraordinarily illustrated, with an introduction by
Count Olaf-- er-- Neil Patrick Harris, plus interviews with some of the cast.

Thank you for reading and joining me on this dreadful journey.
